The Pata Negra Pancetta (Panceta de Bellota 100% Ibérica) comes from the lean part of the belly of Iberian pigs raised free-range and fed exclusively on acorns and selected natural grains. It is expertly seasoned with natural spices, including paprika and oregano, which enhance the deep flavor and unique texture of the meat, without the addition of smoking. The pancetta best preserves its organoleptic qualities when stored at temperatures below 7°C, with a shelf life of up to 365 days.
The other Pata Negra cured meats – Chorizo, Salchichón and Lomo – undergo slow curing and artisanal methods that enhance the intense aromas and characteristic aromatic notes of the finest Iberian pigs.
